WealthRight is a global financial advisory firm serving 30,000+ customers with $90M+ in AUM. Their old website was a single-page template that didn't reflect the company they'd become.

We rebuilt it from the ground up with proper IA, financial tools, and SEO-structured content. Traffic doubled within months. Design to live in 1.5 months.

Picture this.

Someone types "financial advisor near me" into Google. They land on WealthRight's website. It's a single page. No product breakdown. No tools. No clear next step. The company offers mutual funds, life insurance, health insurance, vehicle insurance, and wealth management. None of that is visible. The visitor scrolls once, doesn't find what they're looking for, and leaves.

Meanwhile, WealthRight has 30,000 happy customers, a growing agent network, and a freshly completed brand identity. The website was the only thing still stuck in the past.

We pulled the analytics before drawing anything.

Google Analytics from the old site told us three things. Users spent the most time trying to understand the product offerings. A lot of them dropped off early. And users who wanted to speak to an advisor couldn't find how. Those findings shaped every IA decision we made.

We didn't just redesign the site. We made it useful.

The homepage answers your anxiety before you ask. 
A scrolling ticker of common financial worries. Then the product range. Then credibility: partner logos, stats, real client success stories. By the time you reach the CTA, you trust the company and understand what they do.

Two persistent CTAs in the navigation. 
"Check Financial Health" and "Consult an Expert." Both visible on every page. The old site buried the conversion path. We made it impossible to miss.

Three financial tools built in. 
A Financial Needs Analysis calculator, a mutual fund calculator, and an insurance calculator. Not brochure pages. Actual tools that give you a personalised answer. That's what turns a visitor into a lead.

Every product got its own page. 
Mutual funds, life insurance, health insurance, car and bike insurance. Each with dedicated content, structured for both the reader and for SEO. This directly drove the 2X traffic increase.

We presented two fully built UI directions. 
Not mood boards. Complete designs. The CXO team picked the warmer, more expressive version. In a category where most websites default to corporate coldness, WealthRight chose to feel approachable.

Why this worked

We let data set the priorities. 
The FNA calculator's prominence in the navigation wasn't a guess. It came from analytics showing users wanted tools, not just information.

We treated content as a design material. 
Every line was checked against one question: could a 35-year-old with no financial background understand this? If not, it was rewritten.

We built a website that does something. 
Calculators, assessments, consultation booking. The site isn't a brochure. It's a product.
