Complex problems, simple solutions.
We step in when…
- ( 001 )

Legacy decisions lock you into bad UX & higher dev costs.
- ( 002 )

Users drop-off, but compliance makes experimentation risky.
- ( 003 )

Products grew fast and suddenly nothing feels connected anymore.
- ( 004 )

Leadership needs guidance that balances growth & compliance.
- ( 005 )

Engineers need clear flows, states & edge cases to move quicker.

And here’s how we help…
We surface compliance and edge-case risks early, even if it slows the roadmap briefly.

We design for failure states first, because fintech breaks in the margins, not the ideal flow.

Common questions, honest answers.
We always start by asking why the design is needed. This helps us understand your business goals and the real problems we are solving. From there, we turn these goals into clear KRAs and OKRs. Throughout the project, we check our work against these metrics to ensure the design is performing the way it should.
You get complete end-to-end product design. This includes UX research, wireframes, UI design for web and mobile, and animations or illustrations when needed. If your project needs developers, we also bring trusted tech partners who can support the build.
Yes. EVOQ has always focused only on fintech. This gives us deep industry knowledge, faster design cycles, and a strong understanding of compliance. Many designers take time to learn this domain, but our experience helps us avoid mistakes and design smarter from Day 1.
Developer handoff is taken very seriously. Our Figma files are clean, structured, and built with proper design systems and breakpoints. After handing off, we stay involved. We do walkthrough calls, weekly check-ins, and help resolve bugs or questions quickly.
After a fixed-cost project ends, we’re still here to help. Any new changes can be taken up on an hourly basis. We try never to say no to a previous client, your product remains a priority for us.
You work directly with one of the two co-founders. We lead all strategy, research, and decision-making. Execution tasks may be shared with our team, but founders review work daily to ensure quality and alignment.
We never design without a design system. If you don’t have one, we create it for you. This ensures consistent UI and UX across all screens. We also follow native Android and iOS patterns so the product feels familiar and easy to use.
Yes. Most teams already have an existing setup, and we adapt to it. If creating a new design system isn’t possible immediately, we improve and structure what you already have, ensuring smoother development.
Yes, we sign NDAs as part of our standard MSA. All design IP belongs to you. The only exception is pre-purchased assets (like specific illustration sets) that come with their own licensing.
We begin by understanding your requirements and aligning on goals. Then we move into UX research and competitor study. Next come wireframes, followed by high-fidelity designs. Finally, we prepare clean handoff files and support your developers until implementation is smooth.
